ALBERT-LOUIS DAMMOUSE (1848-1926) AFTER BERNINI (1598-1680) – FOR L’ESCALIER DE CRISTAL

Bust of Cardinal Richelieu, the model designed in [1912] after the marble by Bernini created in 1641, from an edition reputed to have at least four copies

Enamelled stoneware sculpture.

Signed with the circular stamp A. DAMMOUSE S (Albert DAMMOUSE Sèvres) and bears a fragmentary label of the Escalier de Cristal under the footplate.

Height: 73.5 cm – Width: 58 cm – Depth: 28.5 cm
